Agentix ("Agentix", "we", "us") provides marketing services - PPC, SEO, website design, and analytics - to home service businesses across the United States. This policy explains what we collect when you visit runagentix.com or engage us as a client.
2. Information we collect
Contact & form data. When you submit a contact form, request a free audit, or use one of our tools, we collect the name, email, phone, company, website, and details you provide.
Automatic data. Standard server logs (IP, browser, referrer, page viewed) and, with your consent, analytics cookies that measure aggregate performance.
Client engagement data. If you become a client, we handle business information necessary to deliver services (ad account access, GBP access, website credentials, call data).
3. How we use it
- Respond to inquiries and deliver the services you requested.
- Send relevant follow-up about your audit, proposal, or active engagement.
- Improve our website, tools, and reporting.
- Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with sub-processors we use to operate the business - hosting (cloud infrastructure), email delivery, CRM, analytics, and payment processing. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. We disclose information when legally required.
5. Retention
Inquiry data is retained up to 36 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Active-client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by law and tax recordkeeping after termination.
